There are 30 seats in the call center, offering 24-hour continuous service for our Bei Ben consumers. Bei Ben call center is the important window for zero-distance communication between Bei Ben Heavy Truck Company and our consumers, and also undertakes function of supervising terminal service quality.
Users can contact the call center in anytime, anywhere by phones and fax if needed service aid, and seat representatives will arrange nearest service station as soon as possible. Main business function includes malfunction service/ vehicle rescue, complaint suggestion, information tracing, users care and service sheet

validation etc. Call center realizes dynamic tracking and monitoring of Bei Ben service vehicle in 30 sales branch companies and 600 automobile repair stations throughout the country, with unified command and control of nationwide Bei Ben service system.
